The African Physical Society is a close partner with the African Light Source Foundation and the African light source project.
We have conferences together. We work together on training and mentoring students in accelerator physics, light source techniques: diffraction, imaging, microscopy, scattering, spectroscopy, and computing. We work together to advance the sub-disciplines that use light sources, from biophysics to photonics.
